I'm totally speechless, but I should write minimum 100 words, so it's better if I say something.
Vision: 5/5 because it's a very interesting composition, the shadows and soft lights are balanced, the colours harmonize with each other.
Originality: 5/5 because I saw many photos, dark themes too, but I feel it unique. And there is one of your trademarks, the water-drops in the air.
Technique: 4.5/5 because there is a very little noise in the picture, and I'm not sure if it's the camera or you also use jpg image format (that's basically a bit noisy). And I think it would be better without that unnecessary noise. Except that, little thing, it's a good picture, you could sell it as a print
Impact: 5/5 because it caught my eyes immediately, when I saw the thumbnail image, and it has a very special atmosphere and mood. This is the good kind of dark scene, not the scary one but the one that makes me curious. I would like to step into the scene and explore this dark and magical world.
First of all I would like to say that I love how this looks! One of my favorite parts of this picture would have to be wither the swirling sculpture in the middle or the wonderful bokeh. The darkness of the picture gives it a eerie feel that I really like. I like how it is dark, but not to dark. I can't really think of anything to say to improve it because I already thing it is wonderful. I think that everything in the picture is perfectly framed! Also, I just love how the tree on the right goes to the left up at the top without taking up to much room in the picture.
Oh wow, this is beautiful. The color is amazing and the contrast of the two dark shapes (sculpture I think and the tree) really draws the viewer to contemplate the scene. You create a lovely amount of depth with the tree limbs and highlights at the right side. It really is beautiful work.
So. This is my favourite photo so far. Great editing too, but I learnt one thing: No editing could turn a bad photo job into a good one. Fantastic capture! The reflection in the mirror-like water, the dark mood - and this DNS-like ladder (?). It's so beautiful...
That bokeh, is it rain on your lens, or added?
I just took a look at the date - our riverside looked like that, too, at the time xD Swimming instead of walking was perfectly in order ^^
Why don't you add this to some groups? This piece should get more exposure, it's just marvelous.
sooo the dns-like ladder is no ladde but old rails~ the......................................bokehihadtogoogleforlikeeternity is fog. you know, fog and flashlight hehehe yes yes there was some flood along with fog and i thought hey~ let's take pictures~
hmmm why not? becauuuuuuuse it doesn't fit in any of my groups...hehe
Rails? Real ones? How big is that thing - is it rather a sculpture? I thought it was hanging from a tree...
Whaaat but bokeh is an important part of photography, there's so many different ways to make it... and Google's not full of it? oO
Why not join some new groups, then? I stalked you a bit and saw you aren't in any photography ones. That's a pity ^^ Take a look at mine, there are some awesome ones for that. Also, I can guarantee they are nice ones, if I'm still in them (as I used to quit a group at once, if an admin adopted the wrong tone with me).
In case you didn't know yet, and you're worried about too many deviations flooding your inbox - your page, top right--friends--manage friends--uncheck deviations from whatever group you want to ^^
yes yes real rails. they are pretty old and no train is driving there anymore so they took one part of the rails and created that thingy i even found a youtube video of it [link] i read it's 2,30m high annnnd another picture here [link]
hmm well ok i'll have a look i just never felt good enough for such groups with my crapy digicam... google is full of images, maybe even instructions how to achieve it but i just didn't know what it is...^^"
