oh my...i did it

first journal in the new year haaaaaaaaaaay~ happy....new......year? ^^"

so. you may or may have not noticed that i changed my username....like....two seconds ago (when writing this)

so lokisgungnir is gone....

it is LOKITSUNE now.
i am feeling a bit uncomfy because i can't take my old name back so i hope i won't regret it....
but lokisgungnir just wasn't working for me anymore.

i chose this username in a really....eventful time of my life, when i began to be more 'aware' of the norse gods, i chose the name based on the movie thor by marvel, created a character around gungnir, had a very fun time with it...but it isn't 'me'. it became a character and even when i just coloured my hair red i am not the gungnir character and even when i was, i changed big time and i want to change even more.

so. this name, too, was a bit of a spontaneous decission when i first made it up. it is a combination of loki and kitsune, a japanese fox spirit. i know that technically it would have to be 'logitsune' (like a dark kitsune is a 'nogitsune' or a lone one is a 'hitogitsune' so k changes to g.....) but pfffffffffffft i wanted loki to stay (and as far as i know 'logi' can be seen as another deity or firespirit...and i'd rather spare myself THESE discussions than spelling discussions...)
anyways this is a perfect combination for me. i see both spirits related, often misunderstood and combines my faith with the passion for japanese culture (which might not be as strong as before but....more 'mature' i guess)
so so so so it just is more meaningful to me and it fits sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo here ya go~
